Do I need to be currently employed in education to attend?+

The summit welcomes both current and retired educational professionals—teachers, administrators, school counselors, educational consultants, and behavioral health professionals with experience working in schools or with students. We recommend applicants have at least five years of professional experience in education to maximize the value of this intensive. Graduate students are also eligible if enrolled in an education-related program with active practicum or field experience.

How are the graduate credits awarded and which universities accept them?+

We partner with accredited universities to offer up to 4 graduate credit hours. Credits can be applied toward Master's degrees in Education, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, School Counseling, and related fields.

What if I can't attend all four days?+

Full attendance is required to receive certification and graduate credits. The frameworks are taught sequentially and build on each other—missing even one day means missing critical components.

What's the difference between this summit and typical PD conferences?+

Most conferences offer broad overviews. This is an intensive, cohort-based experience focused on mastering one comprehensive framework system with complete implementation materials and ongoing support.
